Terms and Conditions

The following general Terms and Conditions concern use of, the content of, and sales through the website www.eo.dk owned and maintained by EO ApS (hereby "the website", "the webshop", "us", "we"). 
These terms are agreed to by the user ("you") when using the site and need to be manually agreed to in order to make a purchase. We encourage you to read these terms carefully as well as our privacy policy and if you do not agree then refrain from using this website.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.

EO is not responsible for any third party websites that may be linked on www.eo.dk. 
The user (you) is responsible to agree or disagree to terms and conditions as well as privacy policies of any third party websites that may be linked on www.playeo.dk. EO shall not be held liable for the contents of such sites and/or for the rules adopted by them in respect of but not limited to, your privacy and the processing of your personal data when you visit those websites.

The webshop accepts all major credit and debit cards, webshop purchases are billed in EUR € and conversion to the customers home currency are made by the card issuer.

If you wish to cancel your order please write to eo@eo.dk no more than 24 hours after the order was placed. If however the order has already been shipped you can not cancel it but must handle it as a return, please see the Return and Refund policy further down. 

Additional shipping costs may apply and can be charged after the order has been placed and paid. Additional shipping costs will not be charged without approval of the customer.
     If recipient is not available when delivery is made and the package is sent to a package centre/ post office/ service centre or any other place where the package should be picked up the customer is personally responsible for picking the package up in time. The recipient will only receive a notification from the delivery company and not from EO. 
If the package gets sent back to EO, in any case, additional shipping charges do apply for re-delivery.
     Please note that any time given for delivery is an estimate, situations can arise where this time is extended.

Taxes/ VAT are determined by the country where the order will be sent. Taxes are included in the webshop price, however, additional customs, duties or shipping costs may be charged by the shipping company upon arrival. This can not be controlled or covered by EO.

EO holds the right to terminate an order in any case if it deems that the order could be harmful to the company and/or designer/s involved. 

In the case of damaged or faulty items, or if the delivery you received is not identical to your order, some items missing or wrong items/ variation in the delivery, please write to eo@eo.dk. Please describe in as much detail as possible what the issue is and if possible include pictures, receipts or details from when the product was purchased. 
     You, the customer, are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.
     If the product was bought through a third party, a retailer, firm or any other - all complaints must go through them to EO.

All other countries

Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
Delivery cost will appear on “Order Summary” when you choose the “Shipping country” before the payment is processed.

The estimated delivery times are indicative. If you have a request for a specific country, you are welcome to contact our customer service on info@eo.dk

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Notify us by email at eo@eo.dk within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item/s.

Send the item/s in the original packaging back to the return address within 14 days from your notification.

The return delivery cost must be paid by you the customer, and is not covered by EO.

You will receive your refund within 30 days after we receive the notifying email. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.

If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the item/s.
